Hot Bean Dip

This quick and easy dip makes a delicious appetizer at any get together. If you like it spicy, use hot salsa or add two tablespoons jalapenos.



Ingredients:
  • 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
  • 1 can (16 oz) black beans, drained
  • 1 package (or ¼ cup) taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 can (4 oz) green chilies
  • 1 ½ cup shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup green onions, sliced
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • tortilla chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix together beans and taco seasoning in a small baking dish. Add salsa, green chilies, and cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Garnish with sour cream and green onions, and serve with tortilla chips.
